COYO provides considered coordination, placement, and project completion for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Boxes on the floor aren't a finished space.
Freight signed for in the lobby isn't delivered.
A stack of pieces isn't a completed project.
The plan is right. The pieces are right. What's missing is someone in the space when the truck shows up: checking every box against the order, putting it together the way it was meant to look, and staying until the space is right.
We work with you, not just for you. Your vendors, your plan, your deadline, carried as if they were ours. We brief the vendors before anything ships. We photograph every piece as it arrives. We place it to the plan, hand the space over ready to show, and put the full record in your inbox the same day we finish.
One partner on the ground, so what you chose is what your client walks into.
We don’t leave a space we wouldn’t photograph.
See what that includes →Before anything arrives, we speak with your vendors about each piece: its construction, its fragility, and how it should be handled. Deliveries are then received and inspected on your behalf, each item photographed as it arrives, with building access, docks, and elevator reservations managed under a single point of accountability.
Furniture, fixtures, artwork, mirrors, and décor, assembled precisely and placed to your floor plan, with floors, corners, and finishes protected before anything moves.
The space composed rather than merely filled: accessories placed, pieces aligned, presentation brought to its intended standard.
Punch list completed, packaging consolidated, surfaces wiped, final walkthrough, with your COYO Report sent the same day.
You'll know it's finished, because you'll see it.
We inspect every item on your behalf as it arrives, photographed before it is unpacked, so its condition is on record whether or not you were there. That inspection, written condition notes, and completion photographs become your report, sent the same day the project is completed.
The report closes the project.
COYO quotes the outcome: a space received, set, documented, and ready to present. Every package is project-priced. You approve one number, and the more we carry, the fewer vendors your team manages.
We receive and inspect what arrives, assemble it, place it, and consolidate the packaging. You get a space that is set and usable the day the delivery lands. An insured team on site for half a day.
We take the space past usable to presentable: placed to your plan, styled and aligned, finished, and documented in a COYO Report. We execute the vision you or your designer already set. Adds the finish and the record.
We take the scheduling off your desk: multiple vendors briefed and sequenced, delivery windows set, access and paperwork handled, punch list run, problems solved on site. One point of contact throughout. Adds the coordination.
We own the outcome across every space and every delivery day, through final presentation, an as-built documentation package, handover, and follow-up after completion. Adds the responsibility.
Every space is different, so each package is quoted rather than fixed. These are what move the number, and we name the ones that apply to your project before you commit.
You'll never work from an estimate. Before your project begins you receive a defined scope and one project price, within two business days of your consultation, so you know exactly what is being handled and what it costs. Significant changes to scope are quoted and approved before we proceed, never added after.
Get a Fixed QuoteStairs and walk-ups, tight or high-security buildings, multiple delivery windows, and high-value or oversized pieces are quoted upfront, never a surprise on the invoice.
We inspect and photograph every item on arrival on your behalf, note its condition, and photograph the finished space. Your COYO Report lands the day we finish, not the next morning.
One written number and a written scope within two business days of your consultation. No hourly meter, no change orders you didn’t approve.
One standard, whatever the piece cost. Before anything arrives we ask your vendors how it's built: how it carries, where it takes weight, what its finish can't touch. Nothing is moved, assembled, or placed by guesswork.
Not a marketplace, not day labor. The people who quote your project are the people who carry it out, and one point of contact stays with it start to finish.
Interior designers, developers, architects, staging firms, and project managers needing a dependable execution partner.
Boutique hotels, short-term rental portfolios, restaurants, lounges, and hospitality spaces.
Offices, showrooms, creative studios, and corporate environments.
Private residences, luxury apartments, estates, relocations, and full-space completions.
COYO is the connective piece between everyone already involved in a project. We take on as much of the logistics as we can, so the coordination lands on us instead of you.
We review the space, scope, timeline, deliveries, and site requirements, and speak with your vendors about what’s arriving.
COYO coordinates logistics, deliveries, vendors, access, scheduling, and site needs.
Our team assembles, places, styles, organizes, and completes the space.
We conduct a final walkthrough and ensure the space is clean, functional, and presentation-ready, with your COYO Report in your inbox the same day.
Clients hire COYO to reduce the number of people they have to manage. One point of contact carries the project from first delivery to final walkthrough.
Whether you're preparing a residence, opening a commercial space, completing a design project, or coordinating multiple deliveries, COYO can help manage the final details.
We respond to project inquiries within one business day. A consultation is held by email where the details are straightforward, by phone or video call, or in person where the space calls for it, Monday through Friday and usually within the same week.
Have your floor plan, item list, and expected delivery dates ready if you can. It is not required, but it makes the assessment sharper.
You'll receive a fixed written price and scope within two business days of your consultation. Projects with firm deadlines are welcome.
What is arriving, how much needs assembly, and what finished looks like here.
How each piece is built, packed, and crated, direct from your supplier.
Whether every piece clears the doors, elevators, and turns, and whether the date holds. You hear it from us before delivery day, not on it.
Stairs, elevators, docks, and building requirements, and the order deliveries should land.
The package we would put this project in, why, and what it costs.
We are not a delivery company. We do not ship or transport furniture; your vendors and their carriers handle that. We begin the moment it arrives: coordinating the delivery, receiving and inspecting what comes off the truck, assembling it, and placing it to plan.
Before anything ships: confirming what is coming and when, asking each vendor how their pieces are built and packed, flagging anything that will not clear a door, elevator, or stair turn, and sequencing deliveries so a truck does not arrive before the space is ready for it.
Around the building: certificates of insurance issued to management's requirements, freight elevator reservations, dock scheduling, access windows, and parking. Around the day itself: meeting each carrier, checking every item against the order, chasing anything that did not arrive, and solving the problems that surface on site.
None of that is billable to you as separate line items. It is the work that keeps a delivery day from becoming your day.
